Dear Developer of this great database, i am using this HR software for my company and would like to draw your attention in regards to employee's holiday request and absent card. from my understanding there has no such features in this software. I will highly appreciate if you can add these two features.
01. employee can request for annual holiday through employee portal
02. employer can mark absent from employer portal if any employee does not turn up

Dear Mahbub,
Thanks for your feedback. Just wanted to share with you, incidentally, we are actually currently working on the Leave Management feature, which is part of R6 update (the last update was R5).
Regarding your second suggestion, can you give me a more detailed use case? I just wanted to know how frequent will an employer need this feature to determine it's priority in our todo list.

Hi Mahbub,
Just wanted to notify you that with the latest R7 Preview release, employees can apply leave and check leave status directly from their Employee Web Account already ^o^
