If thats the csse, if i want to do editing for one staff, i have to redo the salary for the whole month again ?

Yes, but you just have to re-process that particular employee only.

If its gona be overwritten - means ecah time i edit a staff salary, I have to do all over again ?

My question to you, if you don't do it again for changes, how would the system know if the change should apply to which payroll processing?

I am only going to make changes for one staff from processed salary month. In order to do that, i have to edit from the current saved processed salary. Right ? But when i do the changes, rest of the staff input goes missing (variable deduction) and i have to do it all over again.
or if I am wrong ? Do give me screenshots on how the process works ?

No. I suggest that you do a test, it will only take you less than 3 minutes to see the result, and your worries are all baseless.
