Yes I understand the auto save part. My question is - what If I accidentally create another Jan payroll. The saved JAN payroll will still exist or it will be overwrite with the newer version ?

The new one will overwrite the existing one.

Is there anyway to create a pop out message to ensure/ remind in order to avoid creating the same month payroll. This will ensure the saved payroll data will not be deleted or replaced when a new payroll is created for the same month accidentally.

There is a "Processed?" link next to the payroll period selection for you to check if payroll for a particular period has already been processed.

Hi Kap-Chew

I think EIS table in payroll is not correct for the Salary value between 2900 - 3000?. I got return of Salary of 2902 The EIS deduction is 4.50 and Salary of 2446 EIS deduction is 5.30
