Er... have you noticed that, the Salary column is 0? Please go to Payroll->Salary Adjustment to check again.

Trust me, it won't. You may have done something incorrectly, please check Payroll->Salary Adjustment. Note that for each adjustment, there is a Salary field that you must fill in, you may have forgotten to fill in for some new adjustments.

I think i get what u mean now.
You mean every time im adjusting for their variable, i must key in their basic salary before key in those variable.
Am i right?

Sort of. The Salary Adjustment module is used to record the changes in an employee's salary. If you are just editing a wrongly recorded salary, then you do not need to create a new adjustment, simply edit the existing adjustment record.
If there is a change in salary structure, such as salary increment, or addition of new allowance etc, you may want to create a new Salary Adjustment record. In this case, do remember to enter the salary again, even if there is no change to the salary.
