i need the setting just receive director fee with epf but he/she is not working ( no status on job employment).
can you please guide me on that.

Can you set him/ her up as Part Time or Contract based?
If this Director is not receiving salary, then you may put the Salary at 0, and set up a Fixed or Variable Income with EPF contribution.

my variable /deduction setting had run away, all my previous record of varible are in grey colour , cannot edit or create new
