Can we bring forward leave to next year was created by lye siong

Hi, just would like to check if there is such a function to bring forward any leave from this year to next year?

Hi,

There are 2 ways:

1. You may set the Valid Until for each entitlement to some time this year, assuming that there is validity period imposed on the brought forward leaves. For instance, setting the Valid Until to 31 Mar 2018 will mean that all current year leave can be brought forward till 31 Mar 2018 only.

2. If there is no validity constraint, you may use the Carried Over field for new leave entitlement in 2018. Just enter the number of leaves carried over from 2017.
