Hi, We employ a large number of employees for various short term film projects. Is it possible to make available to new employees various online documents (EG. non disclosure document, employment details document) for download and or online signing?

For secure sharing and download it's already possible, but for online signing not yet.

Hi Kap-Chew, by sharing I assume you mean the employer sharing documents with the employee? Is it possible for the employee to upload and share documents with the employer ?

Could you suggest a workaround to online signing ?

Hi Andrew,

Yes, you are correct. For employee to upload and share documents with the employer, it is already planned, but not yet implemented: payroll.my/forum/general/311-hr-my-upcom...atures-todo-list#960

For online signing, this is very interesting. May I know how exactly you want the online signing? Is it something like a check box with "I hereby agree to the terms stated in the document" etc will do? Or something else?
