You will have to create a Variable Deduction in order to deduct it from salary, make sure that you uncheck all Statutory options.

Noted. So For muslim zakat fund i should enter 0 and create a new variable deduction with no statutory deduction..is that what you mean?

You will need both in this case. The Zakat fund is needed to offset tax, unless this is not necessary, then you may ignore it.
