Would you please tell me the logic of above stated field and this is very confidential list for employees i don't want to see our employees who work on actively into company.

Hi Farhan,

I am not sure if I understand your issue. Do you mean that you don't want ANY employee to view the directory? Or do you mean you don't want employees who already leave your company to view the directory?

Hmm... you may set their accessibility. Go to Employee->Management->Edit->Accessibility, and set the data to be Not Accessible. Let me know if this works for you?
