Construction Company Payroll Processing Software

What type of software does everyone use? We are in the last month of our implementation with ADP, and things are starting to get rocky.. I'm wondering if there are any other construction companies that use ADP (or something similar) for ALL of their payroll needs. We have Weighted Average Overtime, Union Employees, Non-Union Employees, Pension, Multiple jobs & cost codes..etc. It is a very in depth payroll, but, they promised us that they could handle all of our needs. We had a big group call yesterday, and now we feel they might not be understanding exactly what all we need, and how we need things done. Just looking to see if anyone else on here processes similar items, or in a similar way. We are on the verge of just going back to doing everything in house, and having our bank handle the direct deposits.
