Problem with company name on payslip

Dear KC

Hope you are well!

I am preparing the payroll for this month (Oct16) as with every month but noticed for the first time that the name is truncated in front and at the back of the name there is added text ie ' HR Center @ HR.my'.

What is the problem?

I have attached both the Sept 16 and Oct 16 payslip for your kind perusal.
