unfortunately, the same result. I even created two new employee and tried two different emails but still the same result, it keeps on loading. Probably I will try at home later after work if it works on chrome but I hope it can still works on edge.

I really don't know what happens on your side. May be you can try one more thing. On Edge, press F12 to open the developer tools panel, and switch to the Console tab. Then try to login the employee account and see what are the messages in the Console?

p/s for the record, it works on my Edge on Win 10.
