Hi,
One of my employee could not login to his web account. I thinking of deleting his web account and recreate it, but it appear that there are no option to delete a web account.
How can this be solved?

Can you tell me more info about this issue? Is there any error message when the employee tries to sign in?

That means either email or password is wrong. If the employee is sure that the email address is correct, then ask him / her to reset the account password.
