Hi Kap Chew,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I had to create a new entitlement and then link the previous approved leave to this entitlement before I could delete the previous entitlement. My mistake was not changing the entitlement date to reflect the Q1 cut off.
Lesson learnt.
Again, this is our fourth month of using HR.my and it has been very smooth. All the logic behind the application is very well thought through. Thanks again and also for your prompt replies!

Hi Careena,
I don't understand, why do you need to delete the previous entitlement? After moving the relevant leaves to the new entitlement, you could just leave the old leave entitlement there and your employees will not be able to apply leave after the new Valid Until. Or do I miss something here?
