Actually I found HR.my is really interesting and thank you for a great system. By the way, just come across to my mind according to keyed in data into HR.my system/database. What is your guarantee that my employees data is safe and protected? And how to download backup or report to my desktop?

This is a very tough question to answer, it's like asking how safe is your confidential email with Gmail or some email hosting service provider. Anyhow, let me try to answer that:
1. Technically, it's safe, unless there is some major OS exploit that cause hackers to be able to hack into the system.
2. Business Ethically, it's safe, we don't misuse our users trust on us, and we don't profit by selling our users' data.
Regarding the backup, it's not available yet, may be in future for premium version
