Managing people in today’s business environment is perceived as a genuine art. Leadership styles need to be in sync with what today’s workforce really want and need. Therefore, an understanding of self and others and how people work together is fundamental in practising effective people management.

 

This 3-day programme will focus on the essential skills of management which will enable you to bring out the best of your subordinates. It will provide you with the opportunity to review and improve your own management and leadership style. You will also learn how to deal and solve various people problems.
